Don´t get Led Brightness anymore to max.

Hi,

Playing with the LED brightness in the editor. Turn the mouse wheel for Max brightness and the LEDS went down.
Don´t get Led Brightness anymore to max.
Also not after Reset.
The Push Buttons LEDS In Minimal brightness are very down, nearly off.
In the Sub37 Editor prefs Don´t change the value after putting Brightness to max.

Win7 Stand alone.

Hi,

Well I changed the brightness with the editor and after changing it, I can not put it back to MAX.So it is saved in the SUB37. On the SUB I see all the LEDS are very low lighting.. And when I want to change this with the editor, There is only a little bit difference.. Normally when I move the brightness in the editor, You see How the brightness change…From low to bright. Now there is only a bit changing.. Moving the slider, is nearly doing nothing.
Hope this helps. Maybe I should update the firmware again…

I tend to agree with LuLoop.

Even with the LCD Brightness slider pulled all the way up to 255, the LEDs are PWMed, and a little dimmer. I don’t remember if they were always under control of PWM or if they were 100% on.

The Osc/Noise/Ext on/off buttons definitely seem dimmer than they were at full brightness with FW 1.11.

Hi,

I did the firmware update, Replacing the firmware version 1.1.13 with the same firmware version 1.1.13
Nothing changes. Same problem.

I checked this, it’s the current version of the Editor… its “brightness” slider is only outputting numeric value 127 when it’s at max, although the max value should be 255. Will fix.

Yes I see it also in the Sub 37 Editor Standalone.prefs

changing this in 256, does not help. Starting the Editor again, set the val to 127.

But in any way, Thanks that you found the bug and I hope to get more light in my Sub. :smiley:
