Damaged packaging/artwork with Sub 37

Hi all,

New to this forum but looking forward to catching up with everything that will help me get to know my new Sub 37.

Unfortunately my experienced has suffered somewhat due to my (new?) synth arriving with damaged packaging. I can accept this happens but the most upsetting was the damage to the included artwork, mainly the poster of the Moog rotary knob is creased with a slight tear.

The synth shows no sign of damage but a fine layer of dust indicates the possibility that this synth has spent some time out of the box.

Scan computers have replied to my concerns stating that as long as the synth isn’t damaged then the packaging has done its job and have not acknowledged that I feel the artwork is part of the product.

I would be really grateful if someone from the Moog team could confirm that the artwork is part of the product so I can take this further.

I feel I have bought a modern day classic and I had every intention of looking after the artwork and original packaging for when I pass this on to my grand children. I just don’t have that option now.

Thanks for reading.
