Hi there, was just hoping one of you fellow Moogers could give me some advice? Im wondering if it is possible to get those 80’s funk synth stabs with my LP? If so some idea on how to program myself a similar patch would be greatly appreciated.

I won’t go into to how to setup the right patch. But those stabs are created of several notes, so you have to do several recordings to achieve them. You won’t be able to play them live with only one LP. Also, they often include a very high note on top of others.
For instance:
C + G + C1 + C3
Hi there thanks for the reply… Ah right i thought as much to be hones but i also read that a minimoog D was used on a lot of those D-Train tunes so i just wondered if the LP could do the same.. I have a JX8p also any advice on how to create this type of sound on that would also be much appreciated
