Customer Service from Moog via website

I registered a brand mew Voyager serial Number 3157 and then
put in a customer service request Voyager (need a cv input mod to track at 1v/oct accurately.)
Status has never changed from day 1 September 10 “Not Approved” hen I log in and look at case

Has anyone here experianced similar when logging issue via proper channels

I don’t know why they bother to have their online contact forms. I filled an enquiry in over a month ago and have had zero response. I think they need to improve their customer relations. :frowning:

Just call them. They will take care of you.

I think the new site might have something to do with it. On the old forms I never had any issues getting through.

Thanks EricK. I would rather have them answer their official enquiry forms, as international calling rates and the time differential may pose some headaches for me calling from Australia.
Also, I would hope they would test their new website for useability all of it’s functions, especially something as important as customer service, before launching it but I’ll try again…

Well, it has been a fortnight since I tried again, and despite the robot generated email assuring me someone from moog would be in touch within a couple of business days I have heard absolutely nothing. I’m extremely disappointed. :cry:

Did you check your spambox? I nearly missed out on T3s due to mail going there.

Pretty sure any replies weren’t spammed, I check my spam fairly regularly and other mail, like the “you will receive a reply within a few business days” get through. Oh well…
