Cubase-Sub 37 Editor stops working-session reopen

Another Cubase Issue.
When I close a project and reopen it, the Patch name on the actual Moog sub 37 disappears and only the Bank and Patch # are visible.
There is also no sound until I switch presets on the Moog, which defeats the purpose obviously.

Could not reproduce.

  • Is the moog USB driver installer ? (v3.30.0)
  • Is latest firmware 1.1.16 correctly installed ? Can you repeat the installation ? Are you using 0.9.37 ?
  • Delete all preferences and reload Editor + perform GET

Does this issue and the other crash you mentioned still happen ?

Is anyone else able to reproduce this ?
