I like this certain sound, which should be able to be recreated on a Voyager

The sound I am referring too, is best audible at 4:41. You’ll hear a kickdrum, a bassline and some “high synth twiddle”
Now my question is is this one patch or two? And if it’s one, how is it created? In the beginning of the song it isn’t heard but gradually mixed into it. So I’m guesing it’s 2 patches..
