Control both timbres in a stack with the arpeggiator

This is related to the other post I just did, but is there a way to have the arpeggiator control both timbres in a stacked patch simultaneously? I looked at the manual and in the arp settings on the Muse and I’m not seeing it.

Get the sense not a whole lotta people are using this form, but filling in an answer for posterity.

The trick with a stacked patch in the arpeggiator is that it must be enabled separately for both timbres, even in a stack. Same goes for the hold switch, it must enabled separately for both timbres.

The Arpeggiator settings do not need to be adjusted individually, since there is only 1 arpeggiator, it’s just the on/off and hold settings that are separate.

That seem counterintuitive to me, I’d think you’d want arpeggio on/off and hold to be global in stacked mode. Maybe Moog will do that in a future firmware update (LOL).

That said, I freaking love the Muse. What an outstanding synth.

Another update on this - turns out there is a way to enable both the arpeggiator and hold functions on both timbres simultaneously. In fact this relates to all sound parameters in a stacked patch:

Just select both timbres by holding one timbre down while selecting the other. Both will light up and the controls should now affect both timbres.

Thanks to alexsomma for the tip!
