can't retreive my account

today I wanted to login to my moog account and was redirected to “inmusic” account.
to begin with, they don’t accept my password. So I 've changed it.
Now in my inmusic account, no product registered. I’ve lost my sub37 registration. And if I want to register the serial number of the sub37, it is not recognized. I have only 5 digits and they ask apparently for more.

seems like a mess… someone to show me a solution?
