I’m running the USB driver install that downloaded with the latest version of the editor. I’m running it as administrator. It fails and doesn’t give an explanation why. Attached is a screenshot. I’ve installed other USB midi instruments without any issue so I don’t think it’s the computer. Any ideas?

Thanks for the report, we are actively working on this. On certain Windows systems, the driver isn’t working yet.
Go ahead and un-install the driver for now; the windows class-compliant driver will re-install automatically. You can do everything using the windows driver except for multi-client connections (where more than one piece of software can use the USB port at the same time).
As soon as we have a solution for these systems, we’ll let everyone know. Thanks for your patience!
