Buried treasure found!

I was going through some boxes of synth parts looking for stuff to put on Ebay.
I have a lot of old NOS parts from Moog and pulled out a box that appeared to be full of Moog Source contacts.
I planned to list the whole pile on Ebay.

But upon closer inspection, I noticed these contacts were in a cardboard tray on top of a hollow space.
Basically a false bottom.

I pulled up on the tray only to reveal a treasure trove of Memorymoog front panel overlays beneath.
All NOS with self-stick backing strips.
Also three Micromoog front panels.

Everything in quite gorgeous condition!

I guess I will be hitting Ebay with more goods than I originally thought.

Here’s a quickly taken photo taken of the find:

PM me about one of those micro panels if you would.

Congrats! Nothing rocks quite like unexpected treasure! :sunglasses:

A friend of mine was digging through his house - his dad’s a film composer - and he found an MS-20 sitting in a cupboard somewhere…

No way! Awesome.

Yeah. After he found it, he asked me if it was worth anything and if he should sell it. I had to come clean and tell him that they were awesome and to hold on to it. Getting a good deal isn’t worth the bad karma.

But man… what a lucky find!
