Something is wrong with my beloved little phatty. from one second to another the LP stopped sounding. now there is no audio and all the lights on the buttons and display are on but unfortunately there is no information on the display and no signal on audio out.
any suggestions?

Bummer! With a blank display, it does not seem likely you could access any reset functions. Have you tried holding the “Master” button while powering off & then back on? Try emailing customer support - they may have a few suggestions & things to try. After that, your only choice would be to get a return authorization & send her in for service. Best of luck, Rich W.
