ARP/SEQ issue with Paraphony

Hi,

I have a problem with my Matriarch, the arp/seq no longer works correctly in paraphony mode 2 and 4.
In mode 2 only oscillators 1 & 2 are playing and in mode 4 only oscillator 1 is playing.

Paraphony mode works correctly with the keyboard.

Prior to this problem, I had noticed a malfunction on the ARP / SEQ / REC command: in SEQ position, the Matriarch played as in ARP position.

I reinstalled the latest firmware but the problem is still there.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

I’ve passed this problem on to Moog Music, and I’m waiting for some information from them.

Everything’s back to normal, just a configuration problem in global settings…

I’m having this exact issue! Do you recall which setting resolved it?

EDIT: I figured it out! In case anyone else runs into this issue, it happens when 4.3 Paraphonic Unison is turned off. Once turned on, all four oscillators produce sound when using the arpeggiator in Paraphony Voice Mode 4.
