I know the system requirements suggest only iphone 4 or 3g will work but has anyone tried it on iphone3? will it not work at all or just be slow or have glitches?
just slow with glitches. a 1-oscillator mono patch should work OK I think; 4-voice unison poly patches will definitely glitch. Make sure you’re not running any other apps in the background, etc, to maximise the CPU available for Animoog…

Hit a snag. You can only update to ios 4.2 on iphone 3 I got an error message when trying to sync the app saying I need ios 4.3.
that’s a problem. I will see if I can lower the minimum system requirement in a future update. You do need to have an arm7 device, meaning I think it will run on a 3GS but not an older 3G.
