Hmm…you’ve e-mailed them directly and still no reply? Seems odd for Moog. Amos and Heidi both are normally very fast with their responses. 
Give them some time during business hours tomorrow…they just got done with Frankfurt and all, theyl get back with you.
WHen all else fails call them. Listen to their sweet Moog hold music. The only hold music that I don’t mind listening to. (Its like theyve got Jordan Rudess trapped inside the phone cause he’s like “High Im Jordan Rudess” and proceedes to talk about Moog synths.)

I know! When I called Amos, I listened to Jordan Rudess for like five seconds! It was great! 
Still no answer from them, been a coupla weeks now…
send em a new email, it’s possible it just got lost. I bet you’ll get a response very quickly.
