Animoog and Line6 MIDI Mobilizer

Hi,

I own a MIDi interface for my iPad2 called the Midi Mobilizer from Line6.
It is a real MIDI “classical” interface with an INPUT and an OUPUT port to DIN connectors.

It is connected to my MIDI synth and I’m using my keyboard through it under another iPad synth called NLog PRO, and it works perfectly well.

Animoog doesn’t see it apparently.

Is it something that will be handled in a future release ?

With kind regards,

PeP

Doesn’t work for me either. Posted the suggestion in the itunes reviews. Hopefully next update…

—First question..Are you using the Midi Mobillizer or the Midi Mobillizer 2? The first had problems with some apps but the second so far is flawless for me.
—Second…I don’t have my iPad in front of me but I believe there’s a setting area where you can delineate the Line 6 as you interface.

My best guess is that you’re both using the first Mobillizer and this might not work…

Hi Scott,

  1. yes, the version of my Mobilize is 1 (well it is not 2, so I guess it is 1  )

  2. if you mean in the settings of the moog app, the problem is that the Line6 is not visible in the list there; if there is another setting somewhere else, I don’t know where it it…

Thanks for your reply anyway,

The original MIDI Mobilizer only works with apps that support the Line 6 SDK. (As of this writing, Animoog doesn’t.) Fix: buy the MIDI Bridge app, which can take MIDI Mobilizer Mk. I input and turn it into CoreMIDI (which Animoog does accept).
