I’ve made a second attempt at a cloned 921b and failed, after constant attempts, to get any responce from the Saw output.
I need an opinion…I haven’t as yet populated the synch / pulse / and sine sections with components to save even more wasted time but am now wondering if this may be contributing to no saw signal. All I have is the Nord Schematic.
I would welcome any better informed opinion.
What do you mean all you have is the Nord schematic.
Did you mean Moog schematic?
Are you using the right caps?
For the main integrator cap you will need either a polystyrene or polypropylene.
Typo error…should be Norlin Schematics (auto correct!)
Thanks Kevin ..yes in fact I took a “jump start” from a Mos Lab 921b i.e. bypassing the ic8 3046 on my clone, and I got the JFET 2N3954 to oscillate saw wave audio, but
as stand alone clone its stone dead and ive tried every possible attempt hence my query about the omitted sync / rect/ sine sections.
I’ll try my circuit on LTspice and post results
