3.x hardware .. how do i know ?

hi,

just bought a voyager RME. 128 sounds in bank :frowning:
trying to update OS from 2.6 to 3.2
but i dont go to end of procedure “the Voyager will display BANK C NEEDS TO BE RELOADED”
when i chek my software version it now says 3.2.
but when i press cursor + page up i dont see extra banks.
it says

DO I HAVE A HARDWARE UPGRADE ? how can i check this ?

Since you are upgrading your software from 2.6, then my guess would be that you do not have the hardware upgrade since it requires an OS > 3.0, I believe. If you had the hardware upgrade the OS would have already been above 3.0 so you wouldn’t be upgrading from 2.6.
