Where to find the details on the eminent sub 37 firmware update (2.0)? anyone know? i have been googling for a few hours and i give up.
(i dont want to see the NAMM 2015 video i want to read about it)
If you are referring to the SUB 37 it’s going to be 1.1 (latest is 1.0.7) and it should be before the end of the month. If you registered they will send you an e-mail when you can download.
I’m not sure there is any published written info on it as of yet, its still not been released.
Unless i’m mistaken I think its being called 1.1 firmware though so that might help the search.
I should probably add that Amos, the guy behind it, has posted up that you can contact him for a beta version of it if you would like to try it now. The message is on a thread here somewhere.

ok 1.1 yeah that would make a big difference. i would love to get a beta copy but i messaged Amos a few days ago asking for a sysex string/info with no reply.
BTW i figured out what it was based on the command someone else generously gave me to request all patches. i will send another message to Amos. Thanks for the info.
The biggest changes are
- the ability to set modulation destinations simply by moving the destination control instead menu diving
- The ability to route incoming CV to more destination sources
- Enhancements to the sequencer. I’ll leave those details to someone else.
That first one is going to save me a ton of time.
Now if only I could get a display of the current/stored value of a parameter on the display I’ll be happy for a long time. Oh, and the software. LOL
