It was a loose wire in the inside, problem sorted

Out of interest, how are you connected, via midi input through din cable? Are you getting midi notes? I can't seem to get anything through mine, just a start stop signal

Been a long time lurker on this forum. Own both the Sub 37 & Sub Phatty :D

Recently I've had a strange issue occurring on my Sub 37, which is causing my presets to change randomly.

When either plugged in via USB (direct) or MIDI DIN, the Sub 37 is constantly send out MIDI messages, and ...

I had the opposite, a TRS solved the issue. my sound card inputs are balanced
