I forgot to mention that, but yeah, MIDI in is enabled.
I downloaded a random MIDI file online, and for some reason it recognized that and started playing fine for a while. Then as soon as it started working, it stopped again.
Again, everything I do works fine with my Sub 37, which makes me think ...

MIDI in issues
I'm having MIDI issues. Here's the deal:
> I'm using Ableton.
> I can record MIDI to Ableton just fine with the Voyager.
> I can record sound just fine to Ableton with the Voyager.
> My Sub 37 can use MIDI recorded from Voyager just fine.
> My Voyager can't use any sort of MIDI: not from itself ...
