Yes, this behavior, freezing and lots more midi faults...look to get the V1.04 there the midi faults are (mostly) fixed and it is useable with a DAW.

(for any reason they deleted the V1.04 from the downloads of the webside, but it is still there, perhaps someone can send you the link via PN, i dont ...

After the 1.04 Update the midi-crashes all went gone, i thought...

But yesterday, after one hour, without doing anything with the Sub37, it was just simply switched on, suddenly Cubase freezes.
After i switched off the Sub37, everything was ok again...
