Just got this cheap little analog drum machine yesterday from Akai. Contact Moog support. I had the same issue on my Sub Phatty after about 6 months of use. Seems to be a somewhat common issue which is a bummer, however Moog was extremely supportive and fixed the Cutoff knob. Works perfectly now, but it did require sending the synth to the factory.

I have been in touch with Andy in support and will be getting this fixed. Wonderful service at Moog. Love this synth can not wait to get it back to 100% functional

Not out in the US yet, but this sure looks like it would be a wonderful and inexpensive little addition to my Sub Phatty

This is happening to me as well. Just emailed support. By this time it has to be a known issue for MOOG. Can anyone comment who has had this repaired. Or even MOOG comment on the issue. I am just out of warranty too :( Love this thing and want a smooth sounding cutoff! You can actually see the hick ...
