Tahbuss,
Make sure that your cables are not the problem also if you can't get the envelopes to fire.

Re: Moog Model 10

The 921s seem to sound better to me. There really aren't a lot of videos of the modulars, especially the reissues. There is a lot of lore and mystery driving the discussions about which series is better and why.

Re: How close can these systems sound to the Model D?

From a purely sound and tone standpoint (i.e. ignoring interface, immediacy, portability, etc), can any owners of both a Model D and 901 or 921-based system comment on the similarities? Can the modular cover more-or-less all the same ground as the Model D or do you find yourself reaching for the Mo...

Re: Moog Model 10

Mine arrived on the 28th. I'm waiting on a C-J splitter cable so that it can be introduced to the sequencers and enable some Berlin School distance learning hours. It's a basic voice; a VERY well-built machine. It is nice to have a complete voice in a single cabinet and patch cables of appropriate l...

Piece for Modular and Theremin

Friends,
I did this the other day predominantly to feature the theremin but this is the extended version. Since it is both modular and theremin, I figured this would be the best forum within which to post the link.
Enjoy.

Re: PM To members sitting in OUTBOX???

If they haven't read it yet that's probably why it reflects outbox instead of sent. It still could be indicative of a problem though.

Re: Moog One ?

Alain,
Is it realistic for you to drive to a US store and bring one back?

I really want one but then I'd have to remove myself from the VCS3 list. In the long run I think that would be a poor decision.

Re: Moog One ?

I've been critical of some of of the product decisions that Moog has made before but they took their time on this one and they did it right.

Congratulations Moog.

Re: Choosing my first synth

You can't go wrong with a Voyager. Frankly it has tons of possibilities. Of corse you can always just get a Model D. That's the tone machine. Right now it doesn't look like a good Voyager buyers market. Several months ago though you could have gotten one in the $2k range. The ones on ebay seem to be...
