Hi ,
I have two slim phatty's wich i want to chain to have polyphonic synth (2 voices)
I do not have a little phatty.
Is it possible to chain them properly without starting with a little phatty???
If i try the exact configuration as shown in video @ moog sit about polychaining it doesn't work ...

So i have to believe my ears , fair enough ...
thnx for replies , i'm learning out of it a lot.
The fact for me why i did go the digital path was more a question of avoiding cable clutter in my rack :-)
Therefore i was asking myself , Am I not stupid to do this from analogue perspective ...

I was asking the question because all the analogue synth manufacturers are promoting the full analogue signal path.

Hi ,
Just want to know opinions. :-)
Is sending my analogue moog output to a unit that converts the signal into digital (spdif/adat) making sense ?
Will there be a loss of quality in sound ?
Did someone try this and compared the sound to eacht other ?
I just wonder if it's a bad idea to do ...

In fact i still think there is something wrong with the slim phatty i talked about.
I have in fact two :-)
The other one was acting as slave (two voices 2/2)
But i switched them and the problem is gone , with the same cables , power ...

Hi there ,
I noticed that my little phatty suddenly changes parameters without touching any button.
For ex the filter cutoff goes to max , or the envelope sustain goes to max.
Even when i don't connect to midi or usb the problem persists.
Only when i disable local control , everything stays ok ...
