i know hehe but what i mean is to program my notes and the synth will play the notes randomly

just create a midi clip with one note (the first note of your sequence) in the 37 track. make sure the clip is not in loop mode

maybe it's the audio interface because mine is hooked to an Universal Audio Apollo Twin and it's fine. personally i always put the volume of my patches at 50% and it's enough with compression/EQ
