yep. that's exactly what i did, after i got a prompt response back from tech support, and it worked like a charm.
i encountered the crash while sequencing the LP with my Akai MPC2000 classic. i know this must have caused a nasty MIDI feedback loop because the LP kept freezing notes until it ...

i love making percussive sounds with the LP. the filters are so sensitive that you don't need to have any level from the oscillators to trigger them. try using sample & hold on oscillator 1 and using a noise source on oscillator 2 with a high resonance and the EG anywhere from 11 o'clock to 1 o ...

if this is your first time programming a synth, you're lucky. the LP is a dream to program.
you should read the glossary section of the users manual, and then youtube phases like: ADSR (attach, decay, sustain, release), Envelope Generator (far right section on the LP), VCO (voltage controlled ...

i've had impedance issues while using pedals in a aux send/return situation before. an active re-amping device solved that problem. when i'm playing live i just run through the pedals and send them through my DI.

update:
LP is back from the dead!
i entered hidden mode- CURSOR+ENTER+OCTAVE Down while turning the unit on and ran the firmware update. in hidden mode the LP is automatically set up to read code, so even if you can't scroll to System Utilities in the main Master Menu, you can still update the ...

i use a deluxe memory man, a ibanez CS9 (awesome Chorus pedal), and an MXR Bass DI+ (distortion and EQ boost). if you use effects pedals in your mixer set up for recording, you're going to want to use an active re-amping device to trick the pedals into believing that they are receiving guitar input ...

i was just wondering based on your personal experience. How long does it usually take to get your LP back from the factory when you've sent it in to get repaired?

fatal error problems

okay here's my situation.
i got that "fatal error: keyboard overrun" message. i'm trying to upload the new operating system but the Master Mode menu only allows me to go as far as the Keyboard Priority menu then it flips out and restarts again.
i ran into these problems when i was using my MPC2000 ...
