My 5-string Zeta jazz violin! The ability to control the note volume with bow pressure on the strings allows me to "play the filter" on the MF-101. The "tuba" setting from the manual is mind blowing, btw! Of course I patch that into the MF-103 Phaser for some swirly goodness, now just experimenting ...

I just shielded my MF-103 with copper tape, plugged it in, an got an oldies station when I put my hand close to the panel... I turned it into a radio! The fix was simple, just soldered in a 1uF cap between the shield and any connection to the minus rail in the pedal. That "grounds out" only the high ...
