Sonia,

no steppy changes while turning a knob !!!

It uses 16 bit resolution, but will show you only 8 bit (256 values) in the display. The Moog Source had also a better resoluted Detune parameter then the display suggested.

The latest review in sound on sound mentions that zipping or stepping ...

Hi modulagirl.

The prepared piano pieces by John Cage do not use a ring mod or any electronics. They piano is prepared by placing bolts screws and rubber in the strings. It is an acoustic process not electronic.

ondes ? i dont think so

The ondes Martenot is far more than just the Analogu systems French connection. that will give you about 10% of the original instrument. As for emulating this instrument digitally, just forget it!

why a moog oscillator? Just get a cheap Roland sh101for $200, there is your oscillator, it will sound great through the pedals. You can even cv mod it if your handy with a soldering iron. If you want Cv get a little analogu systems monosynth for a few hundred, far cheaper than a voyager. (not in the ...

Actually a keyboard is a very limited way to control a modular. Try ribbons, theremins, foot pedals and modulators.

Yes i would ad another controller but not necessarily the cp. For a few hundred dollars more you could get a small analogue modular synth, this way you could choose you lfo's modulators type and have a synth into the bargain. It is impossible to get the same sounds using expression pedals, unless ...
