This looks like your MultiMoog need tuning. As Dr.T has described my Multi was off quite a bit, but now after tuning to the specs everyting is just fine again - however if you want to do the tuning yourself reserve about 3 hours time. I designed that mod. Shouldn't cause the problem you're seeing.
Sounds like the calibration isn't right on the filter. It should have plenty of range in its sweep of the cutoff knob. Try recalibrating the range trimpot again.
