Thanks for the kind responses. I would like to clarify my second question just a bit.
I don't know that much about how effects work or how effects loops work. I do know that there may be a difference between the voltage coming out of the guitar and the voltage coming out of the effects loop ...

Can the MV-104Z create reverb like sounds?
I have a THD Flexi-50 which is a (guitar) amp that has no reverb. Is it possible to put the MF104Z in the effects loop of my amp?
