Re: Sub37 Pitchbend problems

I don't think you found a bug, as it is very, very like that other users use the pitch bend down before.
Maybe you need to calibrate the wheel. Check the manual for details about this.

Re: Sub37 Pitchbend problems

Welcome to this forum! Did you check the EDIT MENU item BEND DOWN? Maybe the BEND DOWN value is set to zero. And as this is also controlled via MIDI CC #108, be sure that you are not sending values to the Sub37 causing this. You can check this, if you test the pitch bend without any MIDI or USB conn...

Re: v1.4: Oscillator Compensation Calibration

Well, 1.4 broke many of my patches. ... No such problems here. Only the tuning is way better in the bass. So I used a bit of PITCH VARIANCE on a few patches where wide detuning sounded better. But I enjoy the other sounds here more well tuned. But I do notice a bit of glide into the right pitch whe...

v1.4: Oscillator Compensation Calibration

Hi, I just installed the new firmware 1.4.0 and did the Oscillator Compensation Calibration after a 45 min warming-up (the Moog One is actually checking the running time since the last reboot for this). And now my Moog One is in tune in the bass range. No more voices being flat by -12 musical cent. ...

Should not happen. Even after a longer period of months not used. No problems here. I would check the PSU first.

Re: Lower octave note triggers when using the octave switch for the oscjllators

It is not a fault. It is happening, because it is a mechanic switch. A multi stop switch like this rotary switch is mechanically unable to disconnect one thing and connecting another within the very same position. So there is a not defined value in between. Even the rock solid Minimoog and Minimoog ...

Re: Prodigy ...S trig ?

These two boards are:
- left: Doepfer CTM64 for MIDI-Out (this is why there are so many ribbon cables from the key contacts to the logic board)
- right: Doepfer MCV4 for MIDI-In

The unmodified Prodigy is just the main PCB with all the knobs and the PSU and the left hand section.

Re: Prodigy ...S trig ?

If the Prodigy got factory built in CV and Gate input sockets, it is S trigger and labeled with S trigger. The first Prodigy revision where without CV and Gate connections. If these where later often retrofitted. And most likely the the more common V trigger. But you could also add S trigger. See th...

Do you have MIDI connections connected when this happens?

Re: How does Moog One allocate voices per synth?

In normal mode you got the three synths stacked. But most of the times you might like to use just one in order to play 8 voice polyphonic. You can set a keyboard range for the up to three synths used to get layers and splits. If you do nothing about assigning a number of voices for a synth, the 8 vo...

Re: the Voyager "Bob Moog" splash screen image

It was indeed Rudi's idea to do an alternativ boot screen showing Bob Moog in late November 2005. On the 28th of November the b/w (single bit colour depth) picture was sent to Rudi. Two days later I installed a first version with it into my Voyager to test it on the LCD. And it magically just looked...
