can anyone tell me how to stop the external audio in pot acting as a patch scroller in version 3? it's very useful, but now i cant seem to use my external audio in mixer!

i have had a similiar problem, and have posted a thread on this forum about it. I think that heat had something to do with it, and it sounds like it might have for you too if the club was very hot? I have a theory that temperature might have something to do with it. On the day that the problem was at it's worst, it was very hot - 30+ celcius, and my studio has no air con.

hi, thanks for your reply. do you mean re-install the os from 1 through to 2.5? or the 2.5 update sequentially? I'm not exactly sure what the correct way to do that is so any help with that is appreciated.
