"When the hell are these things actually gonna be manufactured?" Good question. But I'd say end of May in all honesty.

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to visit the Moog factory and play with a Freq Box prototype. First off, the Moog Factory is a playground for folks like us - shelf upon shelf of circuitboards, theremins, LP's, foogers and the custom finish Voyagers... SWEET!
The Freq Box is incredible to say ...

Have you attempted to contact Moog directly. I'm sure International Shipping could be arranged. Until then secure it in a backpack to avoid damage. Good luck...

A side project that I am in (maggotapplewonderland) received the following review of our cd "Six Hits of Sunshine and the Bruises to Show."
Its always nice to see a theremin gettin' a little love. For this project, the theremin is severly processed via patches I built in Native Instruments Guitar ...

First off, it doesn't sound like you have a MOOG Etherwave or any variation thereof (if I'm wrong I apologize).

The tuning maybe the only problem but maybe hard to do so because it only has a volume knob (opposed to antennae). Anyhow...stand about an arm's length away...at this point you should not ...

I have removed my antennae on numerous occasions and have yet to experience this problem and hope that I don't. Hope it's an easy fix.

Theremin through Guitar Rig

Over the weekend I got Guitar Rig from Native Instrumemts- What a cool piece of software. I've been using it as my effects unit for the Etherwave and it is amazing. I've been thinking of the Headrush from Akai for live performance, but this Guitar Rig has definetly helped me decide I have to ...

Please describe this "sound." I've been thinking of purchasing a Rogue and thought this might be a reoccurring problem(that I wish to avoid).
Look up Terry Furber from Orbital Decay, he could diagnose it over the phone without a doubt.

There are several factors that come into play to achieve great results. Since you mentioned PC, I assume your using a Windows based platform, and therefor I will rule out Mac based techniques.

Start with a good soundcard such as M-Audio or the like. Firewire connection is optimal as it is fast and ...

Yeah, I believe all of the pedals (other than the CV controller) have 1/4 inch input and outputs.

You can use any FX pedal wether it be for guitar or bass. Check out the Moogerfooger Low Pass Filter, that might be the ticket. I've read that octave and pitch shifter pedals also trick it out.

lordzool- No problem, it's the least I could do. I think Don's response was a bit harsh and completely uncalled for. Maybe he/she regrets it... who cares right?

However, the subject of your paper is interesting and I hope that there is enough info. on the net available. Good luck!
