For me, appears fixed in 1.08.

Same thing occurring in Ableton live using midi din, using the arpegiator. When you stop the transport in live, the sequence either continues, or there's a hung note. Messenger then locks up and has to be rebooted. All settings checked, latest update installed and factory reset performed. Doesn't ...
