Re: "Service Parts" at Moog Music dot com
I found this email address for service parts associated with Moog and it asks you your name, address, product & part request.
Problem is I filled it out and never received a reply. Not even "We Received Your Request" so I have no idea whether they will or won't send the part.
What's the deal ...

Re: Muse 'frozen'?
I used it for midi since my interface (apollo x4) doesn't have midi ports. But the issue with midi is related to latency and people have reported issues just playing the keyboard with not all notes happening when they should.

Re: Moog Muse 16 Voice?
Yeah I'm still waiting for inmusic to fix them and release new batches or guarantee us buyers it won't caput after 2 months. It was very tempting but not after all these horror stories. I think there's a bible verse on this, watch and pray that ye not enter into inmuse gas temptation. Mob Boog ...

Re: Muse 'frozen'?
It's pretty sad honestly. Moog is resting on its laurels while the synth is still, as Florian from Bad Gear called it, a bug infested nightmare. This USB problem has dogged this synth for so long now and it's still not fixed.

Re: Muse tuning in the Summer: External case fans *may* improve tuning stabiltity
I write this post knowing that most Moog Muse users have never experienced this synth in a summer heat, but I have here in Australia. My tuning instability hasn't been consistent enough to say it's entirely down to higher temps or rising temps, but I did find that it was hard to have stable for ...

Re: MUSE tuning issue
Hi. I use the Muse in a live setup, and have this tuning issue at nearly every gig. we have just finished playing Arenas in the USA and they can be quite variable in temperature and we dont always have hours to let the Muse warm up. we have tried quick tunes just before show time and during the ...

Re: Recent Owner - Recent Tuning Issues - Seem To Be Fixed - But No Customer Support
If i would have known this about customer support I would not have not bought this model, especially knowing its recent issues...
So far, no call from Moog support or e-mail.. Nothing... I have used the new Muse ~4 times thus far, and it has not gone out of tune...m so this is good... but it has ...

Re: Recent Owner - Recent Tuning Issues - Seem To Be Fixed - But No Customer Support
Customer support from Moog is so bleep, And tech sport is not existent. The solution for everything is to replace the device or send it in for troubleshooting.

Re: MUSE tuning issue
I just received my Muse... My first keyboard was a Moog, way back when... I am soo excited.. after investigating that supposedly all the issues have been resolved, especially the tuning issues with v1.3... Unfortunately, I am having tuning issues with mine... I do not know if my muse is an older ...

Re: MUSE tuning issue
Tech support still has not gotten back to me.. This is really bad that it has been ~3 business days since I contacted them with a keyboard being brand new... at least to me... I hope this is not a business practice where they refuse to have you return your high priced product. My second created ...

Re: Headphone out too loud and the basic noise floor significant
I have to have my headphone out at 1% for some patches, otherwise it actually feels ear-damagingly loud. I don't think I've ever dared/wanted to put it above 25%.
I tried putting my headphones (Sennheiser HD595) into the mono out and THAT port felt more functional/appropriately levelled for ...

Re: Latency, Dropped Notes, and Clocking (Update from Moog Music)
The update did not fix arpeggio latency. Still running into this issue. Even with the clock sync'd with the daw, the arpeggio clock divider is free run, not at all in sync with the daw.
