I have a new Moog One 16v and I think the ribbon cable to oscillator 3 is disconnected. How do you open the top panel to check? Thanks.

I just received a Moog One 16 from Sweetwater last month. Powered it up for the first time today and oscillator 3 LED is dark (confirmed oscillator 3 does work though). May be a loose connection as the Fedex person slammed the package on the ground on delivery. Are there any Los Angeles service ...

do I need to run oscillator compensation? Someone on YouTube suggested it, but not sure it makes sense. Thanks.
