Hi,
I'm in the same boat. Just picked up a ONE from a 3rd party. NO factory presets.
Have you found a solution yet?
I can't register online with my serial #. That's another work ticket, I guess.

Re: Voyager Anniversary Edition Presets
I checked with Moog, and they no longer carry those boards. Not a big issue, as a I have an XL that gives me 8 banks.ummagumma wrote: Thu Jul 23, 2020 4:52 pm oh that's too bad, it is a hardware upgrade?
maybe Moog can ship you the new board, and you can install yourself?
I was thinking originally that there was a glitch in my EB.

Re: Voyager Anniversary Edition Presets
So, diving into this further. I downloaded the Editor/Librarian from Soundtower. There, I have access to several banks, although not the ones listed in the User manual. Now I have a different issue. Re: Just bought a used electric blue, having problems with the OS.
When you download the Firmware 3.5 from the moogmusic site, there will be a ‘readme’ file with the a,b,c,and d bank files. Follow to a T. Start with B, then D to complete the boot. Then A, and it will want D again to complete the boil. Then C, and it will want D again afterwards. Then you’re done.

Voyager Anniversary Edition Presets
Hey there all,
I am new to the Voyager scene and just picked up an Anniversary Edition Electric Blue yesterday. Problem is... the guy only had Bank A sounds in it.
I understand there are supposed to be 7 banks of 128 sounds each, but alas, this machine has no such thing. I have tried advancing ...
