ok, so the seller of my TE stated that 'moog did not send us the RA# ' and this is holding up the upgrade. I'm not even sure what the RA# is?

By anyways, hopefully will have this problem rectified shortly.

RA# is short for Return Authorization Number.

It's the complete memory upgrade making the LP TE compatible with the LP II OS.

Found the OS update manual over there as well (LP II section)

No need to envy: it's just a welcome enhancement, no new world...
