I NEED REPLACEMENT KEYS!!

....for my Microkorg...I know its not Moog related...but in Moog related news, my Prodigy just crapped out at a show! Yay!
Anyway, the F# on my Microkorg broke as well, so if anyone knows where I could find replacements at, it would be a great help!
Don't you hate when your bleep breaks!? You just immediately think of your poor bank account getting cleaned out by the synthesizer universe once again!
Thanks!
James

I've found if you take Voyager/Fatar keys and cut them in half they're a perfect size for the MicroKorg.

Can't be too hard to find, surely?

Korg produces thousands of products using common parts. Despite what I've read about poor service, I've had good experiences with them so you ought to be able to find a part.

OR... pick up yourself a Radias... they are going for next to nothing now !!

They aren't listed on that page, but I have ordered things as small as ICs from them - for the MS 2000... I KNOW they have em. Also, I ordered replacement keys for MS 2000... In the case of the ICs, it took months because they had to first be manufactured and sent from hong kong...

They are the supplier for all korg, marshall and vox parts in the usa...

There is a phone # on that page to call. They will look up the part number with the description "Korg Microkorg Keys White" ( or Black. and in case you hav the limited edition microkorg- which has inverted keys - then you must be specific on color and note!) If I remember correctly you have to order a whole octave of keys. Either Black or white. If you are needing both black and white keys you will need to order an octave of each.

But sounds like you are a shredder.. You could use a few back ups ;)

Hope that helps
