Osc2 detuned...

Hello everyone, this is the first time I am here. 
I have some tuning problems with my Little Phatty II (with OS 2.0 installed).
I noticed that my Osc2 is often detuned like I had some kind of chorus effect (set to the maximum level !) on the sound.
This issue often appears after I used the CV entries of the LP with my CP-251 and my Moogerfoogers (I have the 6 pedals) but not only, sometimes it also appears when I use the LP alone.
Of course I always wait 20-30 mn before using my LP. The Auto-tune is On. The LP is perfectly connected to the ground.
I made several times the calibrations (in the good order) as described in the user manual. Usually after the procedure, everything works fine again but after a while (1 day or 2), the LP is detuned again (especially the Osc2 wich cannot reach Osc1)...
Example : yesterday evening, after one hour of play, the preset 57 "Mary Alice" was so detuned that I had to adjust the OSC2 FREQ manualy (but without saving the settings). This morning, after warming, the same sound was perfectly tuned. The weather and temperature are the same. But after one hour : this huge chorus effect is here again and impossible to hear this sound properly !!!!
Is my LP broken ?
