Hi,
I just coudn't resist any longer.
I grabbed my screwdriver and undid the five screws on the back.
Here is what I saw:

In the early versions the ICs are socketed. It is quite furtunate because I had to change some of them (upgrade). Looks like yours is a later production.

Yep..in the pics you can see the trimmers used to tune the oscillators pitch and octave/voltage

Great pics. I opened up my Voyager once, it was a beautiful sight. I took some pics but didn't get the film developed yet. I also got a shot of my Pro One wide open, when I was changing a few bushings, its got hardly anything in it compared to the Voyager.

Does your circuit board have a picture (in solder) of the Buddah? The first time I had mine apart for major cleaning/tweeks I noticed it (and generally assumed all synth techs are tripping and/or very enlightened!)

I didn't notice, but since the Pro-One is relatively simple to open, I might take another look. I thought it was only the Prophet-5 that had the Buddha on the circuit board.
