So the manual discusses the relationship of LFO Amount and Offset. Amount is the "Depth" control, and Offset is the "Centerline" control. It has the clear examples for how offset affects Bi-Polar Voltages, but doesn't explicitly indicate how Offset affects unipolar voltages. My assumption is that the "centerline" of the Offset is still the centerline of the LFO when in Unipolar mode (rather than a 0V offset representing the lowest value of the LFO or something). Is this correct? Maybe the following examples will clarify my understanding:

I would like to have a Channel output an LFO CV using the Ramp Down Saw wave, and I would like the bottom most part of the Saw to be 0 volts and the topmost part of the saw to be +2.5 volts. My understanding is that these would have to be the settings for Amount and Offset (assuming Unipolar mode of course):

LFO Amount: 2.5 v
LFO Offset: 1.25 v

Right?

So then lets say I would like the same LFO CV Ramp Down, but with its lowest point at 3 volts and its high point at 5 volts:

LFO Amount: 2 v
LFO Offset: 4 v

Is this correct? As I write this I begin to think that maybe Offset in unipolar mode really does represent the bottom of the LFO wave rather than "centerline". Otherwise, you would always have to adjust Offset whenever adjusting Amount to achieve the correct LFO "centerline" which certainly sounds like a hassle, rather than just leaving offset at 0V and adjusting amount, unless you actually wanted an offset.

I have a couple pedals with finicky ranges of acceptable CV voltages (ie less than 5V)...so I wanted to confirm this before trying rather than just hooking it up to see what happens!

Update:
After some experimentation I think I have determined that in fact, in Unipolar mode, the Offset "center-line" is relative to the "center-line" of the LFO waveform and not the bottom.
I set up a Ramp Up Saw LFO, set the range to 5V and the offset to 0V, and it appeared....based solely on what the button light was indicating (I didn't hook it up to anything, and didn't want to pull out my DMM)....as though the bottom half of the wave was being cutoff. IE - the light was dark for half the cycle, then faded to half bright.
So I set the offset to 2.5V and now the light appears to transition smoothly from full dark to full bright across the entire length of the cycle.

Has anyone else had a similar or different experience?
