Root pitch varies between patches

My understanding is the only way to change Osc1 pitch is using the fine tune knob, then obviously you tune Osc2 & 3 relative.
Yet the other day I was checking Osc1 pitches on a tuner and they seem to vary widely from patch to patch. Unacceptably so, I had to retune the C key to a proper C everytime I was laying down a new track using a different patch...and then recheck Osc2-3 as well incase they drifted.
Any idea what setting in a patch could be driving this pitch issue? Transponse is not saved when powering down, so it can't be that.
Is my Moog busted?

Did it actually drift or are they detuned to such an extent that the aggregate frequency has enough movement to cause the pitch to sound 'off'. I've been messing around quite a bit with my new Taurus and I've found that at low frequencies there is lots of movement that (via beating parameter, LFO creeping), at times sounds off.
Could be a genuine problem with your Voyager. If properly warmed up, you ought to get absolute (OSC1) consistency. Just for kicks, try turning off OSC's 2 and 3 for the problematic patches, closing down the LFOs and filter amt and see if your tuner reads differently. If still bad (as they say on TV), "call Moog"

Could be the pitch bend roller isn't centering to zero. Check with a MIDI monitor to be sure. If the pitch wheel is off a bit, oscillator one pitch can vary depending on the patch pitchbend amount. Noticed this on my Voyager a while back. Calibrating the zero helped a bit, but I think I wore out the bender?

Also make sure that nothing is plugged into the pitch cv in and the touch screen and pot mapping are not assigned to pitch.
