Can anyone supply me with wood sides for my LP? im in the UK. I have had my LP just one week, and TWICE it has frozen on me whilst changing LFO settings. None of the contols will then work untill i turn it off, and on again, NOT what you need, whilst doing a live gig. I have always used ROLAND and KORG in the past, this is my first MOOG and NOT impressed.

Yet you were impressed by Roland and Korg?

Did you buy your LP new or used? Ask Amos or wait for another reply here about the freezing issue.. people here are usually pretty eager to help, and so far I have'nt really seen too many issues go unresolved in my time on the forum. Try getting that kind of support from Roland or Korg.

sounds like a grounding/socket/power issue.

Just guessing. I had issues with the knobs my first week. I called Moog and upon their advice had it fixed in an hour.

It sounds to me like the unfortunate bug I introduced in OS 2.2 - if Arpeggiator Clock source is set to LFO and the LFO is fast, the panel will slow down/stop responding. I'm very sorry for this and I'll fix it just as soon as I'm finished with Taurus firmware for a bit.

To kiddell2, I take personal responsibility for this bug and I'm sorry it's bugging you. If you find a preset hanging like this, just go to Master menu, Advanced Preset->Arpeggiator menu, select Clock Src and set it to Internal or MIDI> Then go back to Preset page and Store the preset (save this change). Problem avoided, no more lockups. I will fix this bug for good, in the next firmware update. Again, my apology.

Kind regards,

Amos
