Tap tempo lfo?

Does anyone know of a way to control the rate of the lfo via a tap tempo button or pedal?

hold down the rate button till it starts blinking, then tap it to the beat.

I have a tribute edition phatty that I haven't shipped to the factory to get the upgrade yet. So I dont have tap tempo as of yet. Is there a way to program the bpm of the lfo via midi with a stage 1 tribute edition?

be cool making your upgrade necessary

Oh my upgrade is definitly nessicary. I am going to get a newer more stable LHC, newer more stable rubber pot maps, and of course the system upgrade. I would get the CV out mod too but I have nothing to plug it into as of yet. Once I get it back I will be stoked.
