Amplifier suggestion for Micromoog?

Hi.

I've had a Micromoog for a couple of years now, but I still haven't got an amplifier for it. I'm not a professional musician, so I don't know much about how to pick out an amp.

I'm just looking for something fairly inexpensive to use for practicing at home, that will also allow me to use headphones. Would the the Theremin Amp ( http://moogmusic.com/detail.php?main_product_id=84 ) be a decent choice for this purpose? I am also considering purchasing an Etherwave at some point in the future. Also, what types of cables will I need?

Thanks for any ideas!

PS: Does anyone know of an online resource to download the Micromoog manuals for free? I'm a bit confused as to what everything on the synth is for.

I use studio monitors to listen to all my synths...
You can get decent powered monitors for about the same price as a good keyboard amp. Personally, I'm using the Resolv 65a monitors and the 120a subwoofer, both from Samson. They sound awesome and I got a great deal on them...

I haven't been able to find a micromoog manual online (except for someone selling photocopies for $30), but here are the places I usually look for that kind of stuff:
