Call Moog Music.
You may have an early unit. They did a component swap to fix this.

went through everything the noise i was hearing was just the filter turned down past halfway anything above halfway the noise is not their. I believe this is pretty normal so i hope that it is. Yes just tried different headphones.
Edit just plugged in my phatty same thing guess since i was trying to find something wrong with voyager i just never really noticed the noise much anymore on the phatty. All is good and pics will come soon

ok so the first problem was my mistake but at start up my voyager makes a random noise and then even holds open some patches, does this happen to any of you this is through the headphones and the main output's as well?

I think that all voyagers do this. If im not mistaken, Amos said that the random noises are heard as the operating system boots up. He said that its sort of like the charachter of each Voyager. Mine does this through the mains and headphones, and I have to remember that every time I boot up with headphones on.
As far as patches being help open, im not sure what you mean, but if everything functions normally after that then everything shoudl be fine.
