Bottom right, there's an icon that will let you print whatever pages you choose.

I think it's would be a more transparent programming style, if you modulate the pitch of all three oscillators with the filter envolope by using one of the modulation busses: ModSource=ON, ModDestination=Pitch, ModShaping=FilterEnvelope. The range of the pitch change can then be set with the ModAmount knob.

This way all three oscillators can be used.

By the way: Any suggestions how to get a cool snare sound?
