Hi all,
Hope this hasn't been covered before - I didn't do a full search.

Having an issue with a Moog AE.

It's responding to all of the panel controls except the main volume. There is also no ouput from the headphone out.

Have reloaded 2.1, and the AE presets.
Have initialized all of the parameters as per steps 12 -16 of the install pdf.
Have made sure that the volume parameter is not loading from the preset.
I don't believe that the pot has been remapped - the LCD displays volume when it is turned.
Any ideas out there?

I have an AE and have had no such problems. As there is no output from the headphone jack, this could well be a malfunction. My advice would be to play aroung a bit more, going through the menus with a fine-tooth comb, and if the problem still persists, send it back to the factory.

Sorry I can't be more positive, but this really does sound like a faulty component, or bad connection, somewhere.

I haven't had any problems either. It sounds like you have a faulty connection. I use headphones exclusively with my AE and have had no problems. Good luck!
