Midi doesn't work

Hi,
after just over a month I bought the LP, the midi doesn't work anymore. Does not receive and not send any more midi messages to cubase (the sequencer that I use).
I have done several times a factory restore but do not get anything.
I am really desperate.
To add more information I tell you that I have never moved it from the table where I have put it since when I've bought; has not suffered of any shock or something similar.
Somebody can help me, please?

Just to know how I solved the problem.
I sent my LP to the shop and they change the MIDI board on it.
Thanks.

Sorry you had a problem, but glad to know Moog is there to fix it. Hoping you get it back ASAP! :3

Hey Mooguys.
I got a poblem some days ago with my LP. I think it's not a matter of MIDIboard as DannyTii had. I wish so. Still I'll try not to create a useless thread and to group similar topcis.
I had MIDI-connected a Nord Lead to it, and set up the later so that it does not transmit Program changes nor Control Changes. The Nord's arpegiattor was set up to transmit full arpegios via MIDI, not only key'd notes.
As a result the LP played the arpegios ok, but quickly, when I got my hands off the Nord's keys, the LP stayed stuck on the very last arpegio note played.
After that, I can play another arpegio, I can play LP through MIDI, I can play LP directly on its keys, but as soon as I release a key, the stuck note will soudn again. No matter how I set the VCA decay or release, no matter how I disconnect MIDI.
I remember some people having MIDI problems with the LP but I think it was because you have to connect MIDI and switch on others instruments before you switch the LP; right?
Whoever has an idea…

I understand. If you don't feel like going thru all those pages, you can check out mostly posts by Amos (he's actually working hard at Moog Music trying to fix the issues).

From the said topic, it is the converse.
